You put the lime in the coconut and drink it all up!

Papa- the Title is for you. I feel like I can hear your deep voice singing to me.

12 weeks pregnant!
Update from BabyCenter.com:
"The most dramatic development this week: reflexes. Your baby's fingers will soon begin to open and close, his toes will curl, his eye muscles will clench, and his mouth will make sucking movements. In fact, if you prod your abdomen, your baby will squirm in response, although you won't be able to feel it. His intestines, which have grown so fast that they protrude into the umbilical cord, will start to move into his abdominal cavity about now, and his kidneys will begin excreting urine into his bladder. Baby also has a  functioning thyroid gland, pancreas, and gallbladder.
Meanwhile, nerve cells are multiplying rapidly, and in your baby's brain, synapses are forming furiously. His face looks unquestionably human: His eyes have moved from the sides to the front of his head, and his ears are right where they should be. From crown to rump, your baby-to-be is just over 2 inches long (about the size of a lime) and weighs half an ounce."

First of all I would like to congratulate Baby Wojcik for already knowing how to partay! Baby Wojcik is the perfect size for Cinco De Mayo! A lime is perfect for a certain Mexican beer, limes are also perfect for margaritas! Too bad I can not enjoy either.  Who am I kidding? I get to experience Cinco De Mayo with a lime inside of me. Does it get any better?

Baby Wojcik has one up on Daddy! (DADDY! LOL! Mike is going to be a DADDY! Ha ha, I have never seen that in writing! WOW! That is so crazy! EXCITING!) Baby Wojcik has a gallbladder! I thought that I should feature Mike's recent gallbladder surgery in this post. At the end of January Mike had his gallbladder removed. Here are some photos for you to enjoy.
He was such a great trooper!
His surgery was a very painful experience. They had to keep him in recovery for
twice as long due to the pain.
He was so sweet when he was sleeping. It was nerve racking though because he was in so much pain that he would moan and groan and even yelp in his slumber. Poor guy!
We had an amazing nurse that put us in our own room. She even got me a cot to sleep on. Too bad I stayed up til 3am to finish my report card grades and monitor his progress.
By late morning he was ready to take a stroll. The pillow "held his guts in" as Mike puts it.
 Our four star accommodations!
 The hospital was wonderful!
There he is! Same amazing man, minus a gallbladder!

Mike's surgery taught me a lot about nursing and patience. God showed favor on us day after day during that time of healing. I could seriously feel angels in the room with us that night. One of the biggest blessings was having Becky here for his whole mending time. She was an amazing extra set of hands in all this. I cant wait for her to show her amazing skills in November to help with Baby Wojcik.

I totally NEED a Key Lime Pie!
