Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

19 Weeks Pregnant

Update from BabyCenter.com:
Your baby's sensory development is exploding! His brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. Some research suggests that he may be able to hear your voice now, so don't be shy about reading aloud, talking to him, or singing a happy tune if the mood strikes you.
Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces and measures 6 inches, head to bottom — about the size of a large heirloom tomato. His arms and legs are in the right proportions to each other and the rest of his body now. His kidneys continue to make urine and the hair on her scalp is sprouting.
 Strong Legs Kicking Mama
Little Profile with Hand up by his face (I like his belly!)
 Cute little footsies!
Wojcik Leg! Totally a Wojcik Leg!

The ultrasound was amazing! We watched in amazement! It was so miraculous to see the Baby that God was forming within me! Side note- I am not sure how one can look at a baby moving and growing inside and not believe in God. He was one wiggly critter. It was very difficult to get a clear image. He was bouncing all over the place. The technician (Judi was her name) was giggling at how hard it was to capture him. He was jumping all over! She just kept saying "this is what we call one busy baby!" I loved watching Mike stare at the screen and watching his little legs and arms move. His eyes light up in awe. I can not wait to see the look on his face when he is holding his actual son! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

Speaking of blessings... WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! We are now the proud owners of a beautiful condo in Woodbridge, VA! Mike has redone the floors- beautiful wood that I got to pick out! He also painted the walls. He is one hard working man. Seeing how hard he works makes me realize how much he loves me and this baby. It makes me see and understand just a titch more this huge desire in my husbands heart to provide. He is driven to love us! This warms me knowing that he is such a good man and that God truly has perfect and pleasing wills for our life together! Thank you God for such an amazing husband and best friend!

Speaking of friends... this week we packed up dear friends of ours as they begin a new life in Alabama. Josh and Shelly we will miss you. We will think of you often and pray as your family grows. Don't you worry- we will be there to party in your pool soon!
